Frequently Asked Questions
General Employment & Structure
Q: Is this a W2 or 1099 role?
A: This is a W2 employee position. Execoria handles your payroll, tax withholding, and employment records. You will receive a W-2 form at the end of the year for tax filing.
Q: Will I be working directly for the client?
A: You will be employed by Execoria, not the client. You’ll be assigned to a client based on alignment, and Execoria remains your primary point of contact for payroll, support, and performance.
Q: How long does it take to get matched with a client?
A: Most matches occur within 3–7 business days after your onboarding is complete and your availability is confirmed.
Q: Will I be working with just one client or multiple?
A: You will be matched with one client for the first 3 months of your contract to ensure a smooth transition and consistent performance. After that, based on your availability, interest, and client demand, additional assignments may be added gradually.
Q: Can I work for other companies while working with Execoria?
A: Yes, this is allowed as long as you meet your obligations to Execoria and don’t have schedule conflicts or competing interests
. Scheduling & Assignments
Q: Do I choose my own schedule?
A: You’ll share your preferred availability during onboarding. We’ll match you with clients that align with that schedule, but some flexibility helps with quicker placement.

A: It depends on the client, but most roles range from 15 to 40 hours per week. Some placements are part-time, while others may be full-time or grow over time.
Q: Do I get to approve my client before starting?
A: Yes. Once matched, you’ll receive a client overview and have a brief onboarding or introductory call before the role is finalized.
Q: What if the client isn’t a good fit?
A: Let us know immediately. We will re-evaluate the placement and, if needed, rematch you with a new client.
Q: Can I decline a client match?
A: Yes, you can. We encourage open communication — our goal is to ensure a mutually good fit.
