Bio
With over 25 years of experience in executive leadership, operations, and workforce solutions, Raymond brings deep industry insight and a proven track record to Execoria Solutions. After serving as a senior executive at Executive Staffing Solutions (ESS)—a respected leader in healthcare recruitment—he was tapped to lead Execoria, a newly launched division focused on high-level executive, lifestyle, and business support staffing.
Armed with an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Master’s in Organizational Psychology, Raymond is now building Execoria into a premium resource for C-suite leaders, entrepreneurs, and private clients seeking elite, flexible talent. Outside the office, he’s a vintage motorcycle enthusiast and a devoted Premier League follower.
Robert Evans
Executive VP of Recruiting & Account Management
Bio
Robert is the engine behind Execoria’s client delivery model. With over 15 years of experience in executive recruiting, he specializes in designing tailored hiring solutions for professionals in fast-moving environments. Having previously consulted on specialized placements for ESS’s healthcare vertical, Robert now leads Execoria’s broader client services strategy—spanning corporate, private, and lifestyle staffing needs.
His career spans boutique executive search, startup talent strategy, and high-touch account management. In his free time, Robert is often out on the trails, behind a camera, or tracking down the best third-wave coffee spots in any city he visits.
Janet Arnold
Director of HR & Client Operations
Bio
Janet ensures Execoria runs with the clarity and consistency needed to serve both corporate and private clients. With experience supporting ESS’s internal teams during its national growth, she brings process-driven leadership and strong HR acumen to the Execoria division. Janet now manages team operations, onboarding systems, and the overall client experience.
She’s certified in both HR compliance and conflict resolution, and she thrives on building operational ecosystems that scale. Outside of work, you’ll find her exploring local trails or curating small-batch sauces in her kitchen.
Morgan Delaney
Director of Finance & Strategic Partnerships
Bio
Morgan plays a dual leadership role at Execoria, heading both financial operations and partnership strategy. She joined the ESS family to strengthen financial infrastructure and guide expansion plans, and was instrumental in shaping Execoria’s operational foundation during its transition into a full-fledged division.
Morgan’s background includes roles in private equity advisory and startup financial planning, giving her a practical, numbers-driven approach to growth. She’s a frequent speaker on startup scalability and is usually found biking through Colorado trails when she’s not in budget mode.
Tessa Whitman
Senior Talent Manager
Bio
Tessa is the lead on high-level searches at Execoria, managing placements that require discretion, speed, and precision. Her prior work with ESS exposed her to the rigorous demands of healthcare staffing, giving her a strong foundation in vetting elite talent under pressure.
Now, at Execoria, she focuses on executive support, operations staffing, and complex personal assistant roles for high-net-worth clients and entrepreneurs. She’s passionate about career development and stays sharp through culinary adventures and vinyl record hunting.
